I Wanted Resources I Couldn't Find
It started with a Trunk or Treat event for about 40 kids. Over the years, that little event grew into a community celebration welcoming more than 1,000 people.
But behind that growth were years of planning, problem-solving, and learning what worked (and what didn't!). From organizing large events to developing curriculum and managing everyday ministry programs, I found myself constantly creating resources to fill the gaps.
Eventually, I realized those checklists, templates, lessons, and planning systems could help other ministry leaders, too. And that's how KidMin Playbook began.

Creating systems and resources has allowed me to trade endless searching, hours behind a desk, and starting from scratch for more time with my family, deeper connections within my ministry, and the freedom to enjoy life outside of work.
